"We really miss that restaurant, and I think a lot of people do. "While this restaurant is not going to be a reincarnation of Milkwood, there will be a few things that seem familiar," Lee said. He liked the idea of anchoring an apartment building and creating a sense of community. Lee said he was approached by local developer Earl Winebrenner about the building and loved the location, set near NuLu. Attached to the building is Neighbors Noodles, a take-out-only noodle shop owned and operated by the same team that will open sometime after Nami. The lower level will house the main dining room, bar, and lounge, while upstairs guests will find dining tables that contain traditional Korean table grills, a private dining room and a private karaoke room.
